When will my order Ship?

All orders ship from our store in Florence, Alabama. In stock orders received Tuesday - Friday will ship the following day via USPS. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do offer expedited shipping at additional cost. Please send email to info@shopthelane.co BEFORE order is placed. We will do our best to accommodate. 
The Lane Children's Clothiers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages. 

RETURNS

What is your Exchange Policy?

Need a different size? We’re happy to help if it’s available!

To request an exchange, please email us at info@shopthelane.co before returning your item so we can confirm the requested size is in stock. Once your exchange is approved, the original item must be shipped back within 72 hours of your exchange request. If the item is not shipped within 72 hours, we cannot guarantee the requested size will still be available.

Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of merchandise ship date.  Items must be in new condition (tags must be attached, no signs of wear, no smell) The Lane has the right to review all returns and if not received in new condition, we cannot issue a store credit.  

What items are final sale?

Sale items, embroidered items, custom order items, pre order items, socks/tights, teething items, seasonal items which include: back to school, pumpkins, turkey/Thanksgiving, holiday/Christmas, Valentines, patriotic holidays, HalloweenNo exceptions.
